11.Bg3
There are 20 games in ChessBase's 2023 Mega database with 11.0-0?, including two in which White was rated over 2600 and two more in which White was over 2400. The problem with castling is it allows a Greek Gift sacrifice, ie 11...Bxh2+!, eg 12.Kxh2 Ng4+ 13.Kg3 g5, when White's best try, according to Stockfish15.1 and Komodo14.1, is 14.Bf5 gxh4+ 15.Kh3, although they give Black the upper hand.
11...Na6 12.a3 Nh5!?
This may be a novelty. Known moves are 12...Nc7, 12...Bg4 and 12...Bxg3.
13.Bxd6 Qxd6 14.0-0 Bd7 15.Rae1 Nc7 16.Qd2 Qe7 17.Ng3 Nxg3 18.hxg3
The engines reckon 18.fxg3!? gives White a slight edge.
18...Qg5 19.Ne2 Bf5
As a general rule in the Exchange Variation of the Queen's Gambit Declined, Black's problems are over if light-square bishops come off the board.
20.Bxf5 Qxf5 21.Nf4 Ne6 22.Nd3 Qg5 23.Ne5 f6 24.Nf3
Black is slightly better after 24.Nd7 h5, according to the engines.
