7.Be2 Be7 8.0-0 0-0 9.b3 Bg4
Stockfish17 and Dragon1 like 9...Ne4, and if 10.Bb2 then 10...Bf6, when 11.Rc1 cxd4 12.Nxe4!? dxe4 13.Nxd4 Nxd4 14.Bxd4 Bxd4 15.Qxd4 Qxd4 16.exd4 is equal, according to Stockfish17, although Dragon1 reckons White may be slightly better (its evaluation fluctuates).
10.dxc5 Bxc5
How would you assess this IQP position?

White is not seriously threatening to win the isolated pawn, and the white light-square bishop is not pressurising it from g2, as it often does in the Tarrasch, but White's other pieces are well-placed for exerting such pressure and for controlling the d4 square, which means Black is not threatening to dissolve the isolani by pushing it. The engines give White a slight edge.
11.Bb2 Re8 12.Rc1 a6?
Losing a pawn. Black has to move the dark-square bishop. The engines are not sure to where, but more-or-less settle on 12...Bf8!?
13.Nxd5 Be7?!
Probably better are the engines' suggestions of 13...Qxd5 and 13...Ne4!?, but they agree White has a winning advantage.
14.Nxf6+!? Bxf6 15.Qxd8 Bxd8 16.h3 Bh5 17.Rfd1 Bb6?
The bishop is loose here, and that proves significant after ...
18.Rd7
... as the planned 18...Re7?! runs into 19.Rxc6!
18...Rab8
How should White proceed?

19.a3
This maintains a large advantage, but even better is 19.Bxa6! as 19...Nb4 can be met by 20.Bc4, when 20...Nxa2?! 21.Ra1 Nb4 22.g4 Bg6 23.Ne5 leaves White the equivalent of more than a rook ahead, according to the engines.
19...Bd8 20.Bxa6! bxa6 21.Rxa6 f6?!
Not 21...Rxb3? 22.Rc8 etc, but the engines prefer 21...Bg6!? or 21...a5. The point about 21...Bg6!? is that it lets 22.Rxa6 Rxb3 23.Ra8 be met by 23...Rd3.
22.Rxa6 Rxb3 23.Bd4
Not 23.Ra8? Bb6.
23...Be7 24.Raa7 Bf8 25.Nh4!? Rxa3 26.Rxg7+! Bxg7 27.Rxa3 Bg6!? 28.Nxg6 hxg6
White is a sound two pawns up in a simple ending

29.Ra7 Rc8 30.g4 Bh8 31.Kg2 f5?! 32.Bxh8 Kxh8 33.gxf5 gxf5 34.Kf3 Rc5 35.Kf4 Kg8 36.f3
Not 36.e4? as 36...fxe4 produces a tablebase draw.
36...Rb5 37.Re7 1-0
