Amateur Chess

THE German-based Amateur Chess Organization has glossy brochures at the British championships advertising three upcoming tournaments.

Oct 1-10 is the "World Senior (50+) Chess Championship" at Fodele Beach, Crete.

May 6-15 is the "World Amateur Chess Championship" at Atlantica Belvedere, Kos, which also hosts the "World Super Senior (65+) Chess Championship" from May 15-24 (all dates include arrival and leaving days).
