Well done Tim! If they had board prizes you would have been in the running. (On a quick survey, three others had 6.5/9 on board 3 but they drew more games!). Not wishing to raise controversy but..... it seems the Russian (FIDE?) women's team won a prize.

ReplyDeleteI always seem to do well playing for England, and, to a lesser extent, for Battersea. Maybe team chess brings out the best in me. I wish I knew exactly what the reasons were!
