Black has great difficulties defending the b pawn. Komodo12.1.1 reckons White has the upper hand (+1.26). Stockfish12 starts by believing White is winning, but given enough time its evaluation drops to White only having a slight edge, but then increases to White having the upper hand (+1.01).

41...Nd4!?
Stockfish12 prefers 41...Kd7, continuing 42.Kc4 Nd4 43.f4 Kc6 44.fxe5 fxe5 45.Bc3 Ned6 46.Bxe5, which it reckons is only slightly better for White. However, Komodo12.1.1 evaluates this line as giving White the upper hand (+1.29), which seems to me more realistic.
42.Kc4 Nc6?
Transposing into the previous note with 42...Kd7 is better.
43.Be1 Kd6 44.Bf2 Kc7
Saving the b pawn, but now the kingside is vulnerable.
45.Kd5 Nd8 46.Be3
Black will eventually run out of pawn moves and be in zugzwang.
The game finished:
46...g5 47.Bf2 h5 48.h3 Nc6 49.Ke6 Nd4+ 50.Kxf6 g4 51.fxg4 hxg4 52.hxg4 1-0
