Mor Chess

FLEW to Brno yesterday for a CzechTour event being held for the 11th time in the city, which is the former capital of Moravia.
I played here from 2010-12, but at a venue quite a distance from the centre, whereas this year's festival is being held in a city-centre* hotel.
There is an IM round-robin, an open, a rapid and a blitz, but I only intend playing in the open, which has 84 entries: B.
The time limit is a relatively leisurely one of 40 moves in 90 minutes, then a further 30 minutes to finish, with a 30-second increment from the start.
Most rounds start at 4pm, although today's is at 5pm., and I am seeded 42nd, so it will be touch and go whether I am playing on a very high or very low board in round one.
*Having walked into town this morning after making this post, I can see describing the venue, the Bobycentrum hotel, as being in the city centre is something of an exaggeration, but it is a lot closer than the old venue.
