Hastings Round 6

HERE is my game from yesterday afternoon.
Spanton (1951/168) - Maaike Kettman (2203/205)
Sicilian Closed
1.e4 c5 2.Nc3 Nc6 3.Nge2 e5!?
A controversial treatment that goes back to the 1920s.
4.Nd5 Nf6 5.Nec3 Nxd5 6.Nxd5 g6 7.Qf3?!
Premature. Normal and good is 7.Bc4.
7...Bg7 8.Bc4 0-0 9.c3
Defending the d4 square rather than planning to later break open the centre.
9...a6 10.a4 Rb8 11.Qe2?!
Temporarily preventing ...b5. I felt I would need to move the queen anyway to get in the pawn-thrust f4, but the queen would be more active on g3.
11...d6 12.d3
12.0-0 is more consistent with White's last move in that it holds up ...b5 a while longer.
12...Be6
There is nothing wrong with an immediate 12...b5, but then again there is nothing wrong with proceeding with development.
13.Be3 b5 14.axb5 axb5 15.Bb3 b4 16.c4
16.Bc4 did not occur to me until after I played the text. However, 16.c4 comes to be the choice of Stockfish10 and Komodo10.
16...Ra8 17.0-0 Na5 18.Ba4 f5 19.f4?
The engines prefer 19.exf5 gxf5 20.f4 with a level position.
19...Ra7?
19...fxe4 20.dxe4 exf4 21.Bxf4 Nb3 gives Black a large advantage, according to the engines.
20.fxe5
Not 20.Nxb4? exf4 21.Rxf4 g5 22.Rff1 f4 23.Bf2 Rb7 with fine play for Black.
20...Bxe5 21.exf5 Bxd5 22.cxd5 gxf5 23.Bf4?
White is slightly better, according to the engines, after 23.Rae1.
Possible is 23.Rxf5!?, but I rejected it because of 23...Bxh2+, although 24.Kh1 Rxf5 25.Qg4+ etc seems equal.
23...Bxf4 24.Rxf4
Black to play and win

24...Nb3!
The same idea as MK seems to have missed at move 19. I wonder if she saw it after playing 19...Ra7?
25.Qe6+?
Not 25.Ra2? Nc1, but, according to the engines, best is 25.Raf1 Nd4 (25...Rxa4 26.Qd1 is not so clear) 26.Qd1 Qg5 with a strong attack, eg Stockfish10 continues 27.R4f2 h5 28.Kh1 h4, giving Black an advantage worth about 2.5 pawns.
The game finished:
25...Kh8 26.Raf1 Rxa4 27.Rxf5 Rxf5 28.Qxf5 Ra1 29.Rxa1 Nxa1 30.g4 Nc2 31.h4 Qe7 0-1
