Bad Wörishofen Round Three

A silhouette of Father Kneipp using his famed hydro-therapy on plants rather than, as was usual, humans
Spanton (1912) - Stefano Cremonini (1583)
U2000
Philidor
1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 e5!?
This fashionable move is the top choice of Stockfish14.1 and Komodo12.1.1.
4.Nf3
4.dxe5!? has been tried by Carlsen, Nakamura, Giri and So, which means it is probably not as harmless as its reputation. The text reaches a mainline position from the Philidor.
4...Nbd7 5.Bc4 Be7 6.0-0 0-0 7.h3!?
The main move in ChessBase's 2022 Mega database is 7.Re1, but the text is also popular.
7...b6 8.Be3!?
The main move is 8.a4.
How should Black proceed?

8...b6
The engines reckon Black equalises with 8...b5!?, eg 9.Bd3 Bb7 with pressure on White's centre.
9.a4
This is a transposition to a popular main line.
9...a6 10.Qd2!?
The main move is 10.Qe2. The text appears seven times in Mega22, with White scoring a miserable 14%.
10...Bb7 11.d5 c5?!
This takes all pressure off White's centre. The engines like 11...cxd5, eg 12.Bxd5 Bxd5 13.exd5 Ne8 with what they reckon is an equal position.
12.Nh4!? g6!?
12...Nxe4 13.Nxe4 Bxh4 14.Nxd6 looks good for White. The text is Stockfish14.1's top choice, although Komodo12.1.1 prefers 12...Ng4!?
13.Bh6 Re8 14.Nf5!? Nf8?
Not 14...gxf5?? 15.Qg5+ Kh8 16.Qg7#, but better than the text is 14...Bf8, albeit White is on top.
15.Nxe7+!?
This is good enough for a win, but probably simpler and stronger is winning the exchange with 15.Ng7 etc.
15...Qxe7 16.f4 Nh5
Or 16...exf4 17.Qxf4 with a big attack.
17.f5 Nf4!?
Surrendering up a pawn to slow the attack. The engines prefer 17...Nd7, but agree White is winning.
18.Bxf4 exf4 19.Rxf4 Nd7 20.Raf1 Ne5 21.Be2 Bc8
The engines give 22...Qg5, but both 23.Qe3 and 23.Nd1 are strong.
22.f6 Qf8 23.Rh4 h5?!
Best seems to be 23...Nd7, but White is winning, eg 24.Qf4 Re5 25.Nb1 etc (but not 25.Rh6?? g5).
24.Qg5 Kh7 25.Bxh5 1-0
