Beat The ... Colle

HERE is a piece I wrote but did not post during the covid panic.

IN this series I am looking at the statistically best way to play against popular opening lines.
The numbers are drawn from the 2021 edition of ChessBase's Mega database, ignoring, where possible, those results that include very few games and so are statistically insignificant.

The Colle System usually starts 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 d5 3.e3!? or 1.d4 d5 2.Nf3 Nf6 3.e3!?
Black's most-popular reply, 3...e6, scores 45%, but best, at least statistically, is 3...c5!?, which scores an excellent 58%.
Position after 3...c5!?
White has four continuations that appear more than 500 times in Mega21.
