Tourists Welcomed Sweetly

I FIRST visited Prague during a walking holiday in 2004, and remember thinking how Disneyfied the centre was.
I did not mean it in a pejorative sense - it was certainly more welcoming than dismal Budapest, although admittedly my stay in the Hungarian capital was dominated by cloudy skies and rain.
Sweet teeth are especially welcome in the old town - this Candy Miners shop is almost next-door to a store called Captain Candy
There are several other candy shops nearby, but Candy Miners is arguably the best.
It is based on the premise that sweets are dug out of mines by dwarfs, so the inside of the shop, which boasts "free entry," is fitted out like a mine, with mini-trains and wagons full of highly coloured candy.
A fun spectacle for the young and young-at-heart.
