FROM Munich airport I caught the metro to Donnersbergerbrücke, from where I changed on to a regional train to the town of Tegernsee, which lies on the east shore of the lake of the same name.
From there it is a 2.5mile walk to Rottach-Egern, where the Tegernsee Senioren Cup is being held, but there was a bus waiting at the train station, so I caught that.

Since today is the only afternoon round of the tournament, I set off early to walk 3.5miles along the lake to Bad Wiesssee, where I enjoyed coffee and the views.
