Instead I will now be catching a 20:00 maxi-taxi from the airport, along with 12 other players, arriving at the Scandic Valdres about 22:30.
The bad news is this means I have wasted a hotel booking - it's non-refundable - but the good news is I will hopefully get a good night's sleep at the venue before play starts late tomorrow afternoon.

Meanwhile the main Fagernes webcam suggests it has been several days since any major fall of snow.
The weather forecast seems to be for mostly cloud with a little snow - quite a contrast to last year when there was a lot of sun (but the congress then was a week later).
