Reverse Ferret

BRITISH Airways, or their agents, left my checked-in luggage at Heathrow "due to operational constraints."

I am told it will be put on the next flight, and should arrive at Oslo airport at 20:30, but that is too late for my shuttle, which leaves at 20:00.

Accordingly I have checked into the airport hotel I originally booked - luckily I did not cancel it - and will have to make my own way to Fagernes tomorrow.
