HULL'S Holy Trinity Church is claimed to be the largest parish church by floor area in England.

However, like boasts of being the country's oldest pub, there is more than one claimant to this title.
Be that as it may, the church, which received the honorific minster in 2017, certainly has a spacious feel.

This plaque in honour of magistrate and churchwarden Major Charles Judge (1840-1916) is said to be "To the Glory of God," although the size of the various typefaces suggests it is more about the former than the latter |
