Say What?

ONE of the oddities of ChessBase is how the software classifies new games entered into a database.
Quite often games that reach the same opening position are given different ECO labels because they reached the position from different move-orders,
But one of the strangest bits of labelling I have seen for a long time came when I inputted my Wednesday-night game from division three of the London League.
The game began 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 g6 3.Nc3 Nc6 4.Bc4, at which point ChessBase labels it as "B30: Sicilian: 2...Nc6 3 Bb5, lines without …g6," despite the fact that ...g6 was played as early as move two and Bb5 was never played in the entire game.
